Rental Period & Price<\/h2>\n

For each product, you can select your preferred rental period. We recommend allowing sufficient time at the start of your rental period so you can pack without stress. The rental price includes the selected rental period and any additional options, such as the Premium Protection Kit, the FlightSafe TSA Lock, and the Assembly Service. If you choose the Assembly Service, we will carefully fit your bike into the selected bike case.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/h2>\n

At Smartbiking, we understand that travel plans can change. That\u2019s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation free of charge. Simply contact us as soon as possible to arrange the cancellation. Together, we\u2019ll ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.<\/p>\n

Delivery & Pickup<\/h2>\n

You can choose to collect your bike case free of charge or have it delivered to your home. You can collect your bike case from Monday to Friday between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to carefully pack your bike and prepare for your trip. Returns can be made on the same days during the same hours, allowing us to quickly inspect the bike case and prepare it for the next customer. Have any questions? Delivery is available within a selected range of municipalities for an additional fee of \u20ac10. During the reservation process, you can easily choose the option that best suits your needs.<\/p>\n

Use & Responsibility<\/h2>\n

As the renter, you are responsible for the proper use of the bike case. Please use the case according to the provided instructions to ensure your bike remains fully protected. The bike case is intended solely for transporting a bicycle and may not be sublet or loaned to others. Any damage resulting from improper use will be the renter\u2019s full responsibility and liability. Please handle the case with care, so both you and the next customer can enjoy a worry-free experience.<\/p>\n

Security Deposit & Returns<\/h2>\n

When renting a bike case, we require a security deposit, which must be paid in advance. The deposit serves as a guarantee and will be fully refunded once the bike case is returned on time and in good condition.<\/p>\n

Upon return, we inspect the bike case for any damage or missing parts. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be refunded to your account within a few days. Should any damage* be found, the related costs may be deducted in full or in part from the security deposit.<\/p>\n

If certain items are not returned at the end of the rental period, an additional charge will apply based on the supplier's replacement cost. If any damage to the bike case is caused during air travel, it must be reported immediately to the airline. Compensation for such damage can then be claimed directly from the airline.<\/p>\n

At Smartbiking, we value your privacy and protect your personal data. We only process the information required for your reservation, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. Your data is stored securely and will never be shared without your consent. We handle your personal information with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
